Then the name of a rape victim, Gabrielle Marinelli, appears in the database. Wolf sees the name and immediately, Maxine kicks him out of her lab. Later, Maxine is speaking with an attorney along side Horatio. Then later in season 3, episode 23, with Maxine's cases up to 6 months ago being reviewed, Axe Man, or Ken Kramer (Eric Roberts) case is reopened and his death sentence is prolonged.She then later comes back in season 4, episode 1 after the remodel of the building.
