Louis Driscoll is a close friend of Alex and her crowd. Annoying, conceited, full-of-himself and an overall loser, Louis moves to Paradise Valley after the first season of the series and quickly befriends Ray, who shares the same love of jokes and goofing off in school as Louis has. Louis has a father who runs a used car lot, and his mother doesn't appear to exist - which may be another reason he gets along so well with Ray, since Ray has no mom, either.Louis is, for a brief time, suspected of being the GC161 kid by a hired agent at the chemical plant. Vince also briefly believes Louis to be the kid, but Danielle is doubtful. Her doubts turn out to be correct when Vince mistakes Louis for using powers caused by GC161 to rescue a kid who is trapped underneath a pipe. Louis briefly has a huge crush on Annie Mack, much to Annie's annoyance. Alex is often angry with him and she sees him as an immature pest, but every so often they are shown to have a good friendship. Louis is responsible for accidentally letting Lars know that Alex is the GC161 kid and for Alex being forcibly taken away. Feeling terrible about it, he tries desperately to convince all of Paradise Valley, including Robyn Russo, that the chemical plant is evil. He is last seen holding hands with Robyn and watching as Danielle Atron is taken away in a police car.
