Hank Rutherford Hill is the main protagonist of King of the Hill. He is Peggy's husband, Bobby's father, and Cotton's son. Hank is also a resident of Arlen, Texas who works at Strickland Propane as assistant manager and salesman of propane and propane accessories.For many years, Hank took immense pride in the belief that he was born in Texas, but he discovered that he was in fact born in New York City.Hank suffers from a narrow urethra, which makes it difficult to conceive kids. He discovered that he has a Japanese half-brother, who was conceived while Cotton was serving overseas in the war.He holds very traditional views, distrusting modern technology and even classifying hot tubs as an alternative lifestyle . He also believes that vegetarians can't be trusted . Hank holds generally conservative political views and he idolizes Ronald Reagan.He is voiced by Mike Judge.
