Frank Pierce is a New York City paramedic negotiating the madness on the streets around Hell's Kitchen as he tries to remain in tact in the wake of a long depression and in the face of an inevitable nervous breakdown. Frank has been nervously exhausted for some time and is even begging to be fired by his boss because he can't get a day off, let alone a weekend.
