Frank has been nervously exhausted for some time and is even begging to be fired by his boss because he can't get a day off, let alone a weekend. Trying at the least to remain human, while bearing the weight of his guilt for the people he could not save - the trigger of his depression - he tries not only to save the dying but also the lost on the drug and crime infested city streets, which leads to many moral implications as he loses touch with reality!
