Douglas Fargo (Neil Grayston)Douglas Fargo is one of the many scientists in Eureka, a community in the Pacific Northwest planned by President Harry S. Truman as a place for America's most brilliant minds to work on breakthroughs in science. He works at Global Dynamics the research facility in Eureka.While Douglas is smart, funny, and has lovable qualities, as a junior scientist with abysmal luck, an accident prone nature, and insatiable curiosity he often finds himself in predicaments that cause him to be mocked by his peers. He is a constant irritant to Nathan Stark, his boss at Global Dynamics.Like many in Eureka he is scientifically brilliant but socially awkward and has trouble censoring himself. He has many typically nerdy characteristics.He routinely has crushes on the various female authority figures in Eureka. He is obsessed with Buffy the Vampire Slayer star Sarah Michelle Gellar.
