Captain Murphy (Jon Hamm) leads the underwater laboratory SeaLab 2020 and the one owned by Cheryl Tunt's brother in Archer. While the character in Archer bears a remarkable resemblance to Captain Murphy from SeaLab 2020 and SeaLab 2021, he's got missiles full of VX gas pointed at the mainland.
