Barbara is the mother of Dennis and Dee Reynolds, and the ex-wife of Frank Reynolds. She is extremely vain and mostly interested in money. She's particularly cold to Frank and Dee, having referred to her daughter as a mistake, despite the fact that Dee and Dennis were twins.
