Amelia was born in Scotland in 1989 to Augustus and Tabetha Pond, but was raised by her aunt Sharon in Leadworth.She first met the Eleventh Doctor and her adult self at a fair in 1994, although her memory of the meeting is spotty. She meets the Doctor again in 1996 when his TARDIS crashes into her garden and she retains a memory of seeing the raggedy Doctor, despite many adult's attempts to convince her she imagined it.She meets the Doctor again in 2008 as an adult now going by the name Amy.
