Amanda Brotzman is the younger sister of Todd in Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency. She suffers from an inherited disease named, Pararibulitis, which causes her to have painful hallucinations. Vividly played by Hannah Marks, Amanda relies on her brother to help pay for her treatments of the ailment which Todd once had endured.The former drummer in Todd's defunct band, The Mexican Funeral, Amanda is extremely rebellious and out-spoken but isolated and afraid because of her illness. She is eventually pulled from her shell by befriending a gang of vampires called, The Rowdy Three, who feed on people's negative energies, which Amanda has plenty of due to her disorder. Show less «
