Yueh-Hsun Tsai was born on September 27, 1968 in Taiwan. He is a director and producer, known for Bai se ju ta (2006), Pi zi ying xiong (2009) and Pi zi ying xiong shou bu qu: Quan mian kai zhan (2012). He has been married to Hsiao-Hui Yu since 2000. They have four children.
