Yasutaka Tsutsui was born on September 24, 1934 in Osaka, Japan. He is a writer and actor, known for Papurika (2006), Toki o kakeru shôjo (2006) and Toki o kakeru shôjo (2010). He has been married to Mitsuko Tsutsui since 1965. They have two children.
