Bill has always been an inspirational and one-of-a-kind figure. He grew up in a small bay area town in California called Castro Valley. He was one of three adopted children of George and Patricia Caploe. He and his siblings were introduced to the performing arts at a young age and willing fell into them. He played in band and orchestra in high school and enjoyed reading lots of science fiction. After graduating high school, he started acting in theater productions at Chabot College in Hayward CA. He later moved to San Francisco where he continued acting in many local productions and completed the 10 week summer congress at the renowned American Conservatory Theater. In 1992 he left California and played a number of key roles in many theater productions in Chicago. There, he met many friends that he has kept in touch with over the years. He enjoyed living away from the coast but eventually was drawn back. He moved to Los Angeles where he found a role in a television movie and a few parts in some major films. Show less «
