Wesley was born and raised in St. Catharines, Ontario and eventually relocated to the west coast of Canada to pursue his studies. He graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Education and began his career as a high school teacher. It was while teaching about the 'global village' in his popular Social Study classes that he got the travel bug and decided to venture out and explore the world.He backpacked around the globe for 5 years exploring over 50 countries and had the opportunity to immerse himself into many amazing new cultures. Along the way cherishing & growing with these invaluable life experiences he wore many creative hats: DJ, Lead Singer, Props Master, Teacher, Waiter, Bartender, Break Dancer.The constant throughout these life adventures was Wesley's joy of creating & performing. His parents had cultivated a love of the arts at a very young age and upon his return to Canada he immersed himself into the world of acting.Wesley has worked extensively in Film, TV & Theatre as an Actor, Producer, Host, Casting Associate, Publicist and Press Manager. His most recent & notable Film & TV acting credits include: Motive, Love You To Death, The Whispers, Supernatural, Arrow, Forced Entry, Descendants & a recurring role on the scifi hit Eureka.Wesley is an avid supporter of independent film and is always seeking out offbeat & unique projects. Inspired by his 9 years working at the Sundance Film Festival he teamed up with award winning Director Kevan Funk, both acting & producing in many of their amazing short films: A Fine Young Man, Weight, This Bleeding Heart, ADSR & Stanley Park. A Fine Young Man went on to win various awards at film festivals around the world and garnered rave reviews at the Toronto International Film Festival.
