Leffler also appeared multiple times in the fourth season of The 4400, appearing as Cassie Dunleavy. Cassie was the psychic ability of Kyle Baldwin, acting as his guide as he becomes the shaman that helps Jordan Collier lead the 4400 to establishing a utopian colony in Seattle by the end of the fourth season. She does this by helping Kyle locate a book of prophesy from a 1918 cult that describes the 4400 movement, including a realistic drawing of Collier, and a list of modern-day people who would need to take the promicin shot to bring about the next phase in the evolution of human kind.
