Born and raised in South Carolina, attended Georgia Tech's Industrial Engineering College in Atlanta before joining the US Air Force, which sent him to Far East Headquarters at Yokota Air Force Base, Tokyo, Japan.Worked for the Bank of America, Charles Schwab, and Merrill Lynch.Worked for the United Way of the San Francisco Bay Area as a Charitable Fundraiser.Lived in San Francisco for several years, and has spent time in New York, Seattle, Dallas, Chapel Hill, Honolulu, Seoul, and Taipei.Studied Film Criticism and Film Production at Santa Monica College (Los Angeles).Attended the Veteran's Writing Workshop at the Writer's Guild Foundation (WGA).Resides near Runyon Canyon in Los Angeles, where he likes to take his dog for walks.
