Sequoyah Tiger Moon was born a member of the Choctaw Tribe. Her upbringing as a Native American kept her fascinated with the world of creative storytelling. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Columbia and continued to study her craft at SIU and Institute of American Indian Arts. Sequoyah moved to Los Angeles in 2001, to aid in the push to allow more parts to be written for indigenous people. Show less «
