Tom was born in Northern Virginia and remained there until relocating to Florida in 2002. Tom appeared in several Elementary School plays, such TV Shows as Bozo, and has been interviewed by numerous TV news organizations over the years. He has always had a passion for the film industry, and like all kids dreamed of being a "Star"Tom graduated from Oakton High School in 1980, spent a year "Bumming around" the beaches of Florida in pursuit of the Perfect Tan. He returned to DC in 1981, attended night school while working full time for the U.S. Senate in DC for 5 years.
