Australian actress Tahlia Jade Holt was born in Wollongong, New South Wales in 1991 and was raised in Brisbane, Queensland. After graduating from her theatre degree at Queensland University of Technology in 2012, her first break came when she landed her first lead role in the independent Australian horror film 'Milly' the following year. In the wake of this came an increasing number of both supporting and lead roles in short films and community theatre productions, leading to multiple award wins and nominations within the region of South East Queensland. Tahlia's first role in a feature length film came at the end of 2014 in Stephen Simmons' horror film Relived (2017). The following year Tahlia starred in several feature films, including Jason Solari's dramatic thriller Out of the Woods, set for international release in 2019. Directly after wrapping Out of the Woods, Tahlia was given her first taste of Hollywood on set of Marvel Studios' Thor: Ragnarok (2017) which was closely followed by a short stint on Aquaman (2018). Tahlia was then handpicked by producer Angel Christo to star as Olivia Blessing in The Devil May Care Trilogy Part II: Lust (2018), directed by Jonathan Creed, which premiered in August, 2018. Through a connection made on the set of the DMC Trilogy, Tahlia was cast as Sara Martin in supernatural horror film Aiyai: Wrathful Soul (2020). After spending several months in Los Angeles, Tahlia arrived back on the shores of Australia's Gold Coast when she was handpicked to play Detective Heidi Swanson in independent feature film Western Culture.
