Steven was born and raised in Tulare, California and began his performing career in his parents' backyard, miming to The Beatles, doing ventriloquism and magic shows for any or all of his seven older siblings. He was involved in performing arts and music during high school. After high school came a stint in The US Army, after which he returned to the San Joaquin Valley to attend college and university. It was during this post-military period that he became involved with video and commercial production, acting as writer, director, talent and editor and production manager for a public access cable channel and advertising department. Steven relocated to Los Angeles and worked as a vehicle wrangler and driver for Film, TV and commercial production. Marriage, and family soon became top priority and Film and TV had to take a back seat.After relocating to London, Steven resumed his involvement in Film and TV and has worked on many interesting productions including Fury, Downton Abbey, Call The Midwife, The Crown, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, The Legend of Tarzan and many more.
