Comedian Søren Malling was born in Denmark in 1964. He applied to Odense Teater in 1988 and finished his education in 1992. He had permanent appointment at Odense Teater until 1994. In that period he made a lots of theater plays among others "Fernando Krap" (1992) and "Mary Frankenstein" (1994). He was cast at the Danish theater "Husets Teater" in Murtle (1995) and "Anslag på hendes liv" (1998). Has also appeared in Teater Grobs "Europamestrene." Søren had also many times performed at "CaféTeatret" in theater-plays such as "Choktilstand", "Den Gode Tyv" and "Blasted." He appeared at Betty Nansen Teatret with the play, "Noréns Drengene i Skyggen." In the movies, he has been noted as a famous celebrity while starring in Mifunes sidste sang (1999), Bænken (2000), and Anklaget (2005). Moreover, he appeared in many Danish TV successes such as Taxa (1997), Rejseholdet (2000), and Forsvar (2003). But his best known and successful of his roles was as the strong, filthy driving-teacher, Karsten Kørelærer in the wacky comedy Polle Fiction (2002). Show less «
