Sophia Mickelson is a twelve-year-old emerging performer from Southern California. She started dancing at age two and has continued training primarily in ballet and contemporary. Sophia has earned numerous dance awards and scholarships, and is also a featured soloist, most recently in the productions Gretel and Memoir. Sophia is a true artist with a very philanthropic heart. She has her own foundation called "The ONE Charity" where she makes original jewelry and other art to raise money for a myriad of causes. She was a speaker at GENERATION W where she spoke to hundreds of women on the importance of giving. Sophia is also an avid surfer, skier, and quarterback of her 7th grade coed flag football team.
