Sierra Nowak is an American actress that was born and raised in Akron, OH. She began acting in theatrical productions at the age of 11. Realizing her passion for entertainment early on, she continued to participate in choir and drama club throughout high school. Sierra then found her way to Los Angeles, California to pursue her career in acting and filmmaking at The University of Southern California where she studied business and cinematic arts.Since graduating, she has continued to work in all forms of media, both in front of and behind the camera. You might have seen her in commercials for brands like Nike and AT&T. Sierra has also starred in several Indie films and appeared on network television shows such as Lucifer on Netflix and Fame at a Deadly Cost on Lifetime. Sierra continues to train at The Groundlings Theatre & School, and has studied with industry names such as Rob Brownstein, Lewis Smith, and Phaedra Harris.As an actress and female director, Sierra doesn't only want to tell compelling stories; her goal is to create tangible change in marginalized communities through the use of meaningful and sometimes humorous filmmaking.
