Sheryl Minikes was born in Los Angeles, California. Sheryl trained in dance and gymnastics as a child, then modeled as a teenager before studying at the University of Arizona. Sheryl later moved to Connecticut to raise her 2 boys and then followed her passion for acting when she moved to New York City in 2016.
