Shelby was raised in Louisville, Kentucky. There she trained at the Youth Performing Arts School and Governor's School for the Arts. She later graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre and moved to New York City. She has trained, worked, and performed across the country in multiple theatrical and film productions and is proudly a member of Actor's Equity Association. Show less «
