Sheena Maxine Smith Pruiett dedicates her perseverance and determination to her late mother Virginia Maxine Smith and father Leon Smith Jr. Both of her parents instilled these values early in Sheena's life. She grew up in Oklahoma City and spent summers in Virginia with her mother's side of the family.Sheena began acting at an early age. She always found joy in acting, singing in the church choir, and dance, school plays, and drama classes. She danced as a "Cavs Kids" for the Oklahoma City Cavalry Continental Basketball Association (CBA) in the 90s. She learned how to play the violin in a strings class.During her undergraduate studies she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Sciences - Aviation Management in 2008 and also minored in Marketing with studies in Film and Creative Writing at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. She also attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University Aviation Science Institute at Tinker Air Force Base for her Master's Degree in Aerospace Administration and Logistics from 2015 - 2018. She had a successful federal civil service career for over 10 plus years from 2009 to 2022 in logistics at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City and Hanscom Air Force Base in Lexington, Massachusetts. Her academic pursuits and career experience help build character in Sheena and she is grateful for those years.After relocating to Massachusetts is when she found her passion for acting and writing again. She became a background performer in feature films and soon after knew she found her calling in life to become an Professional Actress. Sheena has always been creative and is her true purpose. She is also an avid philanthropist for breast cancer, homeless shelters, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and charities that fight child hunger. She continues to show determination in working towards her dreams and goals in the industry and look forward to many more collaborative opportunities.
