Shawn Patterson is an Academy Award, Emmy and Grammy nominated composer, songwriter and music producer. You've likely heard his ultra-catchy pop anthem, "Everything Is Awesome" which he wrote for the Warner Brothers' mega-hit film, "The Lego Movie (2014)" (and received the film's sole Academy Award nomination.)Prior to the success of "The Lego Movie", Patterson was the score composer and songwriter for three seasons on the Emmy Award winning series, "Robot Chicken" and series score composer for the multi-award winning TV series, "El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera," directed by Jorge Gutierrez ("The Book Of Life") and was principle songwriter for the Warner Brother's hit series, "Mad."Patterson's eclectic songs and striking underscore has been featured in live action and animated film, episodic television, international film trailers, radio and tv commercials, shorts and documentaries.
