Sarah Whitehouse was born in Birmingham, England. She attended the Birmingham School of Acting, graduating with a 1st Class Honours degree and a love of classical theatre. Her film work includes feature films 'Lapwing' and 'Life Goes On' and multi-award winning short 'Howl'. She played Eleanor Marx in the first run of new play 'Eleanor Marx: The Jewess of Jew's Walk' in which she was described as 'outstanding' by reviewer Susan Elkin. Sarah's other theatre work includes: Harriet Fielding in Jonathan Coe's first play 'The Magnificent Death of Henry Fielding' opposite Robert Bathurst and directed by Jonathan Coe himself. Sarah has voiced a great number of characters for Amazon Audible and is a regular company member on their Original Dramas. Most recently, she played the lead role of Milady de Winter in the adaptation of 'The Three Musketeers' and plays a variety of characters in Neil Gaiman's 'Sandman' series. For the Wireless Theatre Company, she had appeared in comedy 'Ladies' starring Alison Steadman and 'The Murder of Roger Ackroyd' alongside Juliet Stevenson, live at the British Library, facilitated by Lord Julian Fellowes for the RNIB's 80th Birthday Party. Sarah narrated audio book 'Medieval Woman' by Ann Baer for Audible UK.
