Sarah Jean Hodkinson is a Canadian Actress and was born August 1st, 1984 in Owen Sound, Ontario to parents Michael and Barbara Hodkinson.Recently playing "Young Verna" (Mary Walsh) in Chiller's "Slasher" she has booked leading roles for TV shows such as "Paranormal Witness" (SyFy/Space),"Web of Lies" (Discovery) and "Motives and Murders" (Discovery/OWN). She has also had huge success with independent short films "Eggs" and "Shawn" which she starred and produced.For two years in a row her films have been featured under Local Heroes at the Inside Out LGBT Film Festival at the TIFF Bell Light Box first "Eggs" and then "Shawn". Before she was 10-years-old, she was attending exams at The National Ballet School of Canada and taking master classes.At 18 years of age, not only did she obtain her Intermediate in The Royal Academy of Dance, Her dance trio headed to Italy to represent Canada and competed successfully in Dance Grand Prix Italia, under Jazz/Hip Hop.Some of her other television credits include Outlaw Bikers, Royal Canadian Air Farce, Urban Legends, and Ghostly Encounters.
