Robert trained at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the South Coast Repertory theater. After graduation, he immediately began working in Los Angeles theater where he received critical acclaim in a number of productions including, Sam Shepard's True West and David Mamet's American Buffalo. Robert went on to produce, write and direct 'The Living Edge' television show for the WB network and direct numerous commercials and television. His play, aka Eat The Runt, was a critical and audience hit, earning critics pick from every major publication in Los Angeles. The play earned Robert a best playwriting nomination from the LA Weekly theater critics. Robert returned to acting in 2013 after a talent manager convinced him to come back to acting after seeing his performance in Buffalohole, a play Robert had written. Show less «
