Born Robert John Nuzzie Jr., on March 10, 1980, Robert Nuzzie was raised in New Jersey with his father, Robert, mother, Carol, and younger brother, Daniel. His father was a machinist, and his mother was a school teacher.At a young age, Robert excelled in athletics and school. He graduated with honors from Rutgers University with a BA in Economics and continued his education to earn a Graduate Degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering from NJIT. After being persuaded by family and friends to try modeling and acting, Robert left his 4 year job in pharmaceutical manufacturing, and moved to Miami, FL. He quickly became a top model in the commercial and fashion industry after being discovered by Caroline Gleason Management.Robert moved to New York in 2008, when he landed his first television role on the popular soap opera, "Guiding Light". After appearing in smaller television and film roles, Robert was offered the lead role of Scott Walker in "The Angel Within," a feature length film inspired by a string of teen suicides in Maryland. Robert portrayed a young man who lives in the wilderness to escape the ills of society.In 2009, Robert co-founded the production company 2B Entertainment, LLC. After quickly gaining recognition as a director for commercial productions, Robert directed and co-produced the award winning documentary, Perspective: The Nick Scott Story. During the documentary's premiere, Perspective won Best Overall Film at the 2011 Arnold Schwarzenegger Film Festival. After his success with the documentary, Robert was invited to the set of director Mikael Hafstrom's action thriller, "Escape Plan", starring Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Jim Caviezel.Robert continues to work as an actor, director, and producer in the film industry, carving a niche for himself as the next big American film star.
