Robert Lee Anderson, III, is an American actor from Philadelphia, PA. As a youth, Robert has done multiple church stage plays and choir ensembles. In 2014, he earned a B.A. degree in Communications with a concentration in Rhetorical Studies from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and has also earned an MBA degree in Global Business from Arcadia University of PA in 2018. By majoring in Communications with a concentration in Rhetorical Studies he was exposed to a plethora of knowledge regarding the many inequalities that plague our society and taught how to question the status quo via analyzing/critiquing the art of persuasion used in media/entertainment ( inclusive of movement/setting/speech patterns of performances), art, literature, politics, and economics to bring forth change. During his time at Kutztown University, Robert's focus on making a change in society lead him to receive an education in theater, and to join a host of on-campus organizations that exude communication, outreach, and entertainment. The on-campus organizations he joined are Theater, Communication Career Club, the national fraternity Alpha Chi Rho (AXP), and Radio Club.By joining the Theatre Club, Robert dove into his interest in stage production and became a Production Assistant for the play titled, "Megan Mostyn-Brown's Lizards..." in 2014. As a member of AXP and the Communications Career Club he became event coordinator for both organizations and hosted charitable events to fight cancer and give families in need donations of food and clothes. As a Radio Host within the Radio Club, Robert created and operated a radio broadcast channel titled Hip-Hop Instrumental Sound or H.I.S, under the Radio Voice of Kutztown University ( KUR) broadcast network. During the H.I.S broadcast, twice a week he aired hip-hop instrumentals, interviewed several on-campus artists to promote their material and conducted live on-air freestyles by on-campus rap artists, and interviewed the former Interviewed the 2014 Democratic candidate for PA governor and former treasurer of Pennsylvania Rob McCord.Shortly after interviewing Rob McCord, Robert decided to take advantage of an opportunity to be apart of a fellowship program offered by the former treasurer of PA. Robert's involvement in the fellowship program served as a springboard of experiences in public and private sectors which includes the following: being an intern for a PA State Senator, becoming a Campaign Analyst for a Philadelphia City Councilman, serving as a Legislative Assistant for the 201st legislative district of PA, an educator to elementary and middle school students, behavior analyst of children with autism and comorbid mental illnesses, business consultant, and finance professional. In 2018, Robert made a conscious decision to be more active in film. He plans to continue to utilize the training he has received in acting from Plaza 7 Talent Agency and his work experiences in politics, teaching, mental health and business to bring life to every character he has to become.
