Rick's background mostly revolves around two major areas, military and sales. Rick spent 7 years serving in the Canadian Armed Forces Reserves as an infantryman and was honorably discharged in 1996 while holding the rank of Sergeant. In 1992/93, Rick did a tour of duty with the United Nations in Bosnia as a peace keeper. Following his military career, Rick was hired by an international manufacturer and held a sales position for 7 years, working initially out of Montreal Quebec, then Edmonton Alberta, and finally Ottawa Ontario. At the age of 33, Rick decided to pursue a long time dream of his to be an actor. He enrolled in an acting school in Ottawa and thus began his favorite hobby. Rick has been involved with many productions in his short tenure in the industry, among his favorites are _Lucky Number Slevin (2005)_, and playing the role of Task Force Talon squad leader Sgt/Maj Jefferson in the video game _Act of War (2005) (VG)_. Today Rick owns and manages his consulting firm in Ottawa, Ontario, has two young sons, and enjoys coaching children's hockey. Show less «
