Richard Brown was born in Silver Spring, MD on August 30, 1987 and grew up in Connecticut. One of the first films he saw as a kid was "Raiders of the Lost Ark" which would have a profound effect on him as his film career began. In 2005, he directed his first film, "The Mission," a World War II film. In 2008, he won an award at the Catholic University of America for his documentary film, "A Lost Son." He followed that up with the silent film, "The Traveling Salesman" in 2010, "Partner to Partner" in 2011 and "Shadow of Blood" in 2014. He is currently in pre-production of a film noir, "Greed" and has future projects in development.
