RC Ormond, like Barack Obama, was a bi-racial child raised by his white American maternal grandparents. Growing up in suburban Dallas, RC gained a reputation as both a theatrical actor and fearless stuntman at an early age-landing his first professional gig in the Batman stunt show performed live at the Six Flags Over Texas theme park while still a teenager.RC studied briefly at the University of Texas before moving to Los Angeles to pursue acting full time. He has appeared as both an actor and stuntman in a wide range of productions from big budget action movies such as Transformers (2007) and The Time Machine (2002) to TV ratings winners like The Office (2005). When not working on films, RC returns to his roots in live theater by appearing on stage in theater productions around L.A. where his performances have won numerous acting award nominations.In 2007, RC spent several weeks in Japan when tapped by Japanese SFX master Makoto Kamiya to supply the motion capture performance for the iconic hero Leon S. Kennedy in the CGI zombie action flick Baiohazâdo: Dijenerêshon (2008) based on the $600 million video game franchise from Capcom. He lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife, a professional ice skater, and their young son.
