Ragaa Hussein was born in 1937 in Qualyubia Governate, Egypt. She was an actress, known for Nawara (2015), Ahlam Al Fata Al Taeer (1978) and The Serpent of Death (1989). She was previously married to Seif Abdelrahman. She died on August 9, 2022 in Cairo, Egypt.
