Rachel Dinkins was born in Mobile, AL, on August 9th, 1988. With a relentless passion for the fashion Industry, she moved from the small home to the big city, Atlanta. She knew she was destined to achieve her career goals in the fashion Industry. Rachel graduated from SCAD in Atlanta with a BFA in Fashion Marketing and Management. She has worked in the Fashion Industry for over 10 years and decided that she wanted to pursue her dream of performing in front of an audience. Rachel was brought up in a christian household and enjoyed doing plays for her local church. She remembered playing Mary for a Christmas play and receiving a standing ovation from the audience. This ignited her desire for acting. She always enjoyed being in front of the camera, dressing up and imitating different characters.One day a director came into her retail store and asked if she did any acting. Rachel laughed to herself thinking this person was just joking. He gave her his card and said, please give me a call or email me because I would like to work with you on my future projects. A few years later Rachel jumped into the acting Industry starting out as background. When she arrived on her first set, she noticed a man that looked very familiar to the one that she met years ago in the retail store. Needless to say, it was the same man who approached her years ago about acting and he was siting in the director's chair! That's when she knew it was time to jump in and pursue what she was destined to do. Years later, Rachel is now on many shows, films and is looking to expand her journey and share it with the world!
