Born to Australian parents, Philip grew up in Hong Kong and was on the stage at the age of four and first on radio at the age of thirteen. At this age he did a substantial amount of voice work for the Radio side of Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) in their religious broadcasting.It was also in Hong Kong that Philip started his Television work with Education Television (ETV) part of RTHK. For number of years he appeared in education dramas broadcast to all schools in Hong Kong..Trained for over twelve years in speech and drama by the distinguished Daphne L Watts, LAMDA, Philip's presentation involvement has included stage, television and radio.With a training in Law and then nineteen years working in the Not for Profit sector, Philip had little involvement with radio until taking up the interest again in 2009.He has continued to take advantage of training possibilities whilst being a regular presenter on afternoon mid-week shows.His television work in Australia has included: Neighbours; Jack Irish; Upper Middle Bogan; It's a date; The Mule (2014) and Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries.He had returned to Hong Kong to live and work, but continues to do work in Australia in TV and Film.He is the author of two books of meditations on the Rosary.
