Pedro Caxade is a Spanish actor born in Galicia within a family of traditional farmers. He discovered his passion for acting at school when he was chosen to perform the lead role in the graduation play. At age 17 he moved to Madrid to study Acting at the Royal Academy. During the first years of his career he concentrated on European classics (Calderon, Shakespeare, Moliere). When he was 25 he founded his own theatre company working with internationally acclaimed directors as Antonio Fava and touring Italy and Spain. He has played in major Spanish theatres (Teatro Bellas Artes, Teatro Arlequin) and gained critical acclaim for his leading performance of Uberto in a Commedia dell'Arte adaptation of the Italian classic La Serva Padrona. He moved to London for his film debut in Still, written and directed by Simon Blake and starring with Aidan Gillen and Elodie Yung. Since, he has performed in international TV series and films (Warner, BBC, Sky) showcasing his mastery of accents and working in four different languages.
