Noelle was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to a large family with three sibling, Jeremy, Jourdan and Nalani. Her professional training began when she successfully auditioned into the acclaimed conservatory, NOCCA, The New Orleans Center of Creative Arts. There, she learned from industry professionals. She soon booked roles as the youngest cast member in theatrical productions including Purlie and Dreamgirls. She also trained with the New Orleans Ballet Assoc.After her family relocated to Atlanta, she auditioned into and continued to improve her craft as a member of the dance companies at North Springs Charter Arts Magnet and Dancical Productions. She worked as a choreographer and instructor at Dance 411 in Atlanta where she continued dance training. This led to her to land a role in feature, The Yellow Handkerchief opposite Kristen Stewart, and she worked as choreographer for Universal Records and Young Money Artists.While attending Tulane University, she booked feature, Ender's Game and landed lead roles in indie films and several industrial spots to include DirectTV and Silver Line Metro.Recent work includes the role of Madison on NCIS: New Orleans, Tekkar on Investigation Discovery's Tabloid, and a Ford Motor Company commercial. Her modeling credits include JBeverly Hills, AmericasMart, Silver Line Metro, Paul Mitchell and New Orleans Weddings Magazine.
