Hailing from a small town in Illinois, Noelle attended John Casablanca's modeling & acting school in Chicago as a teen. She was a contestant in the 1999 Miss Illinois USA pageant, and has an extensive modeling portfolio including Bose, Kay Jewelers, L'Oreal, & Paul Mitchell. Noelle worked in production with the Academy Awards for three years. She was a contestant for the LG Rumor2 cell phone design competition, which was judged by Heidi Klum. She has been a spokesmodel for Ferrari & Maserati. Noelle appeared in national commercials and played Tom Sizemore's girlfriend in the feature film 'Stiletto'.
