This multi-talented, half Asian half Caucasian 19 year old actress was born in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada on April 21, 1998. Her mother, Eva Oribiana Huff is Filipino and her father, Terry Huff is German, French and Canadian. Nicole also has a dog named, Snicker whom she considers her best friend since the age of 5. Nicole was enrolled in dance, singing, figure skating, piano, violin and karate lessons at the tender age of 4 and her passion for performing and being on stage grew stronger. Nicole has extensive musical theatre training since this age and is a skilled competitive dancer in Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Musical, Acro and Hip-Hop where she has won various Medal, Trophy and cash scholarship awards in dance, piano, and figure skating. This young actress was a Toronto Argonauts Junior Cheerleader. She has also achieved her Black Belt in Karate and is very athletic in nature with her ability in Figure Skating, Swimming, Skiing, and Rhythmic and Artistic Gymnastics. She began acting at the age of 6, and landed her first audition by playing a ballerina dancer in the "Bella Cinderella"(Disney) commercial. It was from this very moment where Nicole started auditioning for many commercials and TV shows where she landed a Cranium - Balloon Lagoon commercial, a Hess Truck commercial, a McDonalds commercial, a Smarties commercial, a Sleep Country commercial and over 20 more. Nicole landed a role in "Life with Derek"(Disney/Family) as Yvette, "Jon Dore Television Show"(Comedy) as a pageant girl, and her role as Gloria Chin on the long-running TV show "Degrassi"(MTV) and more. Nicole has been an honor student since elementary and received the Ontario Scholar and Four Year Honour Roll and Highest Marks Student Award in Academics and Drama where she attended High School at Cardinal Carter Academy For the Arts for the Drama Arts program. Nicole has started her first year of University at Ryerson University in the RTA Media Production Program, majoring in Film, Television and Radio, and minoring in French Language. Nicole won "Best Leading Young Actress" at the Joey Awards in Vancouver for her lead role as Scarlett in the short film, "Knots" and won "Best Performance in a TV Movie, Miniseries or Special - Leading Young Actress" in the Young Artist Awards in Los Angeles, California for her role as Gloria Chin in the TV movie special, "Degrassi: Don't Look Back" and was nominated for the same role for "Best Supporting Young Actress -TV Movie, Mini Series, or Special" in the Young Entertainer Awards . Alongside acting and performing, Nicole enjoys her second job which is tutoring French to young kids and teaching piano.
