The two children and mother, moved to Chapel Hill, North Carolina where Nick spent the most time of his early childhood. Also, during Elementary School, Nick and his sister lived overseas in Tallin, Estonia for some time while his father was finishing duty at the US Embassy. The family then relocated to Boise, Idaho for a short time as well as Austin, Texas. Nick attended Pullman High School in Washington State, where he excelled in athletics, fine arts, and scholastics. Upon graduation Nick accepted a soccer scholarship in Spokane, Washington, played a season, but then transferred to the University of Louisville in Kentucky. While in college, Nick majored in Business Marketing and also was initiated as a brother of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. Although he received no formal acting training until college, performance and the dream of acting in film was instilled into his imaginative mind as a child. Upon moving to Los Angeles California at the age of twenty-three, Nick transitioned from a mostly theatrical/drama background very nicely into television and film working regularly on season two of "Glee" as a WMHS Jock, then being upgraded to a Dalton Prep Academy Warbler in the same season.
