Nathan was raised in San Diego, CA and is Writer/Director/Producer/Composer known for Boost (2016) and Loca (2017). He began writing screenplays at the age of 27 after his elder brother Isaac Gabaeff turned one of his story ideas into a movie script. Both devoted writers and directors, the Gabaeff brothers have collaborated on screenplays as co-writers and each directed multiple feature films. Nathan and his father Steve Gabaeff, an executive producer, started the company Gabaeff Pictures in 2013 with his younger brother Joe, an entertainment lawyer.
