Munda Razooki was born Mundhir Salim Razooki in Upland, California. Of Chaldean descent (Iraqi Aramaean) he was raised in Chino, California. After graduating high school, he began working with his father and also attended a nearby college where he took his first acting class. A few years later, he made the move to Hollywood. Munda has played a range of different roles and ethnicity's in TV and film. He plays a NY Cop in the CBS series, Criminal Minds, a Latino in the film, Americanese (2006), an Italian hit man in the film, Subject: I love you (2011), and a Russian Bandit in the film, Assassins Run (2010) Though he's Middle Eastern he's only played a mid-east character in ABC's hit comedy, Modern Family, and as a terrorist in the film, Retaliation (2006).
