Mitch Craft is an actor known for his work on NCIS: New Orleans (2017) and Murderous Affairs (2017). He was born on September 22, 1985 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri to Darla Ann Craft, assistant Human Resource director and Gary Woodrow Craft, retired truck driver. He attended Cape Central High School and was a 3-sport athlete in baseball, basketball and football where he was all-conference in baseball and a two year all-state quarterback in football. After high school, Craft played college football at Southern Miss. He then went on to play pro football for four years before officially retiring in 2014. His first taste in the film industry came as a background extra in the action-thriller Straw Dogs (2011) starring James Marsden, Kate Bosworth and James Woods as a football player. Next, he worked as a featured extra in a low budget film called The Daisy Chain (2011) again, as a football player. In 2016, Craft was contacted to shoot in Tish Hyman's "All That I Can Do" music video as an undercover cop. After Hyman's video, things took off relatively fast and from all angles in both film and television. Craft never takes anything for granted and will be the first to tell you he is so fortunate to be given a chance. He resides in Lafayette, LA where he has a son, Landyn, and lives with his girlfriend Anna. He has two brothers, Lance and Ty, who were all-state athletes in baseball and football, respectively. Craft believes his grandmother, Mary Alice Davis of Sikeston, Missouri, is his biggest fan. Show less «

I never show up just hoping to do well, I wasn't raised that way. When I show up I'm there to win, I'm there to kill it. Whatever it is. Movie role, beer chugging, checkers or tic-tack-toe. That's just me. Show less «

I'm just happy to be here. This is the coolest job I've ever had. Who else out there in the world gets to do these type of things? Hardly nobody. And I'm double fortunate! I'm not supposed to be here. I didn't go to school to do this. I'm learning every single day and having success as well as failing, and I'm doing it right in front of people every single shoot I do. Learning on the run. And I love it! Show less «
