Michael Ray Davis has a long history of various and sundry careers. His claim to shame is he has had more careers than most people have had jobs. Davis began his acting career as a Radio DJ, leaving a lucrative job driving a truck for a quarter the salary to work in radio. After 4 years he realized the Peter's Principle as he had become the GM, Morning Man, Play by Play, news and lead salesman. He left radio and got into voice work, had a picture done and started working regularly as an extra on "Walker, Texas Ranger." From there it was commercial appearances, odd extra work and finally, after a move to Florida from his home state of Texas, a lead in the History Channel's "Spanish American War" and "America's Most Wanted". With almost 30 movies under his belt, a few hundred commercials, V/O and O/C, Davis wrote a book called "Camera, Speed...ACTION" an insider's secrets to the real world of acting. Davis' most recent starring role in "Come Morning" has just been released.
