Mia Mackie grew up in Suffolk, U.K., and is half Londoner, half Liverpudlian.During her studies in Criminal Justice, Politics and Psychology at London School of Economics, Mackie took weekend acting classes with acting coach, Giles Foreman. She was then encouraged to apply to drama school to train professionally.
