Born in Culver City California, Robins was raised by her Grandmother, Hattie Eley, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Robins was later adopted by a prominent Indiana family, The Early's, and graduated from a private Institute, DePauw University.Robins studied at The Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute in New York. While attending school, McKeel was scouted by a Booker with Ford Modeling Agency and cast in the TV Movie Save the Last Dance.In 2007 Robins left her footprints in the city of Chicago performing one woman shows as Harriet Tubman and Madam C.J. Walker. Robins made her second TV appearance on NBC's Pilot Family Practice and made her first feature film debut in To Live and Die in Dixie playing Latasha Griggs.Her recent works include Co-Star appearances in hit shows, including Medium and Body of Proof. Her hard work and dedication to the arts has fronted her reviews and a place in Hollywood's heart.
