Maria Natapov was born in Moscow, Russia coming to the US with her family when she was 8 years old. She's always loved art in its many forms but tried to do the "sensible career thing" and studied architecture. Half-way through graduate school, however, she realized that her heart wasn't in it and she needed to tell stories. That was a couple of years ago and she's been acting ever since. Since then, Maria has had several leading and principal roles in films like "Having Fun Up There", "Cyclic", "Mallas, MA", "Octopus", and "Thorns", just to name a few. Maria is extremely grateful to be able to explore a varied spectrum of characters and genres in her work. She constantly looks for opportunities to challenge herself and grow as an artist and to collaborate with other passionate storytellers. Show less «
