Lovlee Carroll grew up in Hanover, Indiana. She was very active in her high school's show choir, singing and winning multiple solo competitions and awards. This lead her to pursue a degree in theatre. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Indiana University with degrees in Musical Theatre and Psychology. Upon graduating, she landed the cover role of Mimi in Rent at The Westchester Broadway Theatre in New York City.In 2013, Lovlee received two Stage Scene LA Awards: "Best Leading Actress - Musical" for her lead role as Kira DOMA Theatre Company's production of Xanadu the musical at The Met Theatre in Hollywood, CA; and "Most Memorable Performance By A Featured Actress - Musical" for her supporting role in Nine the musical, also at The Met Theatre.Alongside theatre, she has been seen in several features and TV shows. She filmed Last Supper (2014) with Eddie Griffin and Josh Meyers; My Name is Vivienne (2013); and Red Wing (2013) with director Will Wallace. TV credits include Grey's Anatomy and The Mindy Project.
